LITTLE HOOKS ON THE RED CARPET!
April will see an excited littlehooks at the Belfast Film Festival world premier of “Cup Cake”, which is the debut feature from Northern Irish film maker Colin McIvor. The guys were approached earlier in the year to provide music for a key sequence in the film, the result of which was the use of “Am I Dreaming” from the album ‘Safe Life’, being chosen to support the main dream sections of narrative structure.
Pictures of the guys will follow after the festival premier on Wednesday 21 April 2010.
ELECTRIC MAINLINE & OTHER NEWS!
Little Hooks are proud to announce their first ever live recording session with Electric Mainline. Stephen McCauley will be asking all the difficult questions and tracking three live intimate tracks for your perusal. The boys are excited by the release or their new ep and will undoubtedly be performing new tracks and an old favourite on the program.
As a treat for all you live music fans the Hooks will be gigging with the effervescent Skruff in Sandinos Cafe Bar on 10/4/10 so get down to one of the best music venues in town to see two of Derrys’ finest artists.
